AMI-H2

ANALYSIS AND MODELLING OF METABOLIC INTERACTIONS IN A MICROBIAL CONSORTIUM FOR BIOHYDROGEN PRODUCTION

The AMI H2 project aims at decoding the relations between the bacteria involved in the biomass degradation process in view of managing the production of hydrogen without having to resort to genetic methods. The project will study scale changes in order to establish a metabolic map that should provide a general overview of the process once the experimental data has been incorporated.
