POWER SWITCHES USING GALLIUM NITRIDE (GaN) COMPONENTS
The aim of the DESTINEE project is to develop a new type of switch capable of significantly improving GaN on silicon technologies and achieving high currents and blocking voltages (> 10 A, > 3 kV) and greater temperature stability (≥ 300 °C).
