REORGANISING THE CENTRAL HEATING OF A CO-OWNED BUILDING TO INSTALL COGENERATION ON A SMALL SCALE

The project aims to replace an ageing oil central heating system by a gas-fired micro-cogeneration unit to enable the collective self-consumption of the electricity generated in a co-owned building. This CO2 emission reducing device will make it possible to meet the heat requirements in domestic hot water and to provide a portion of electricity to be distributed evenly between co-owners.
