DEVELOPING A MASTER-LEVEL COURSE SPECIALISED IN MARINE ENGINEERING AND OFFSHORE WIND TURBINES
This project is centred on developing a new master-level course as early as 2020 specialised in offshore wind turbines and marine engineering to train highly qualified professionals for the industry. The objective is to significantly boost the dynamics in the region, which aims to deploy about one hundred wind turbines by 2030.
The 1-year training course has partnered with two prestigious engineering schools and has been accredited by the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles (an association of the most elite business and engineering schools in France). It is relying on the support of many local industry players and public authorities.
