HYDYLIC CHARGE

FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR A PROCESS TO CHARGE A LIQUID CARRIER WITH HYDROGEN

Hydrogen in gaseous form is difficult to handle, expensive to transport and unsafe, all of which can hamper the large-scale deployment of this energy source. HySiLabs is developing a solution to facilitate the storage and transport of hydrogen in a stable, inert liquid carrier at ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure, for use in the industrial and mobility sectors.

The HYDYLIC CHARGE project involves carrying out a feasibility study on a solution for charging the liquid vehicle with hydrogen. This is the first stage before the deployment of an industrial demonstrator.
