In the context of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Capenergies competitiveness cluster hereby sets out its policy on the processing of personal data, linked to various media: its information-sharing platform reserved for members (Agora), its website (www.capenergies.fr) and all other web tools dedicated to its events such as the Annual General Meeting, business meetings or themed workshops, etc...

1. Information collected

When you become a member of the Capenergies cluster, during a meeting with a member of our permanent team, during an event organised or promoted by the Capenergies cluster or when you browse one of its websites, our team may collect personal data about you:

• Personal and professional data, such as your marital status, company, job title, business telephone numbers, business address and e-mail address;
• Electronic identification data available on or from your computer (such as "cookies" or "IP addresses"). Your electronic identification data makes it possible to identify your connection terminal or the pages consulted on the website during your browsing.

4. Use of personal data by the Capenergies cluster

The Capenergies cluster processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Participation in the life of the association ;
• Members directory (Agora version)
• Invitations to our events (Annual General Meetings, conferences, business meetings, etc.);
• Dissemination of news via the Agora platform (weekly review, energy news, calendar of events, PAAs, help for businesses)
• Subscribe to the Capenergies newsletter ;
• Thematic mailings;
• Production of anonymous statistics on visits to sites managed by Capenergies or mini sites dedicated to its events.

5. Retention of personal data by Capenergies

Data is kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or until you expressly request that it be deleted.

For the management of your subscription to newsletters and thematic mailings: the Capenergies cluster retains the data until the request for deletion. If you unsubscribe, the cluster will deactivate the mailing and may, on request, remove your details from its newsletter database.

6. Data recipients

Your personal data is intended for the Capenergies cluster departments concerned by your requests.

Capenergies does not pass on your personal data except to share it with third parties in order to provide you with a service that you have expressly requested, or if Capenergies is required by a judicial or other administrative authority to disclose the information.

7. Data security and hosting

The Capenergies cluster has taken all reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality and security of personal data processed and to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, destroyed or accessed by unauthorised third parties.

For the purposes of technical storage of your personal data, your data may be centralised with the following service providers:

• Corsica Web, Level 2 and OVH: Website hosting
• Vedalis: Agora platform
• MailPoet: Creating and sending mailing campaigns
• Vimeet, Evenium: Online registration and/or payment and/or networking platforms
• Google Form : Online questionnaires, surveys and polls
• TEAMS: webinars

Capenergies ensures that all its service providers comply with the RGPD regulation.
