The Capenergies cluster is pleased to announce that Hélène Burlet, New Energy Technologies (NTE) expert at the CEA's Scientific Director for Energies, has joined the labelling committee.
Hélène Burlet's arrival follows the retirement of Frank Carré, Scientific Director in the CEA's Energy Division.
Capenergies would like to extend its warmest thanks to Frank Carré for his unstinting commitment over the past 3 years to the benefit of project sponsors within this major body of the cluster, and welcome Hélène Burlet.
Biography of Hélène BURLET :
Hélène Burlet is a graduate of the Ecole des Mines de Paris and holds a doctorate in Materials Science. She joined the CEA in 1995 and held a number of positions as researcher and then manager before joining the LITEN management team as scientific manager. For 4 years, she directed the INES2 Institute for Energy Transition, dedicated to developing photovoltaic solutions in support of the industry. Appointed deputy director of LITEN in 2018, she helped define CEA's strategy in the field of New Energy Technologies.. After playing an active part in the debate on a systemic vision of energy based on a nuclear/renewable mix, she was appointed Deputy Director of Energy Programmes. At the beginning of 2022, she joined the Scientific Department of the Energy Division as an NTE expert.
