MaPrimeRénov': in 2024, aid increases for comprehensive renovations
The ANAH (Agence nationale de l'habitat - National Housing Agency) has announced an increase in support for comprehensive renovation work for low-income and very low-income households.
What to remember
- For households on very low incomes, the rate of funding has been increased to 65% of the cost of the work (compared with 50% previously),
- For households on modest incomes, this is increased to 50% of the cost of the work (compared with 35% previously),
- For the other two, more affluent, categories of household, no additional aid has been announced.
MaPrimeRénov': in 2024, support will be targeted at major renovations
Households wishing to undertake renovation work to improve their Energy Performance Diagnostic (DPE) by at least 2 classes will benefit from systematic support and an increased bonus. This change applies to all DPE classes and all households, regardless of income. An increase of 10 % in the allowance will be available for those who achieve at least the DPE label after work.
Renovation by gesture: F & G homes are not eligible and only low-income, very low-income and intermediate households can claim this aid.
What to remember
- 200,000 efficient thermal renovations by 2024,
- 75 % of oil-fired boilers phased out by 2030,
- 20 % of gas boilers (excluding hybrids) replaced by 2030.

"The ENR call for expressions of interest launched as part of the CONCERTO RENOV project was an opportunity for us to look for innovative solutions in our region, and we were delighted to identify several craftsmen offering original techniques: hemp-lime or raw earth insulation for the walls, triple plant-fibre wool for the roofs, and grey water heat recovery systems.
While not all of these technical solutions can be subsidised, in certain specific cases they can provide real added value for homeowners who can commit to a renovation project that is as environmentally friendly as possible".

"Most of the solutions referenced in the AMI are mature, high-performance solutions that meet the needs of energy renovation. A second call for proposals, extended to cover the whole of France, will add to this initial pool, incorporating equipment monitoring and control solutions to optimise the operation of equipment and increase the level of intelligence in buildings.

Signing of a partnership with QUALITEL solutionsThe CONCERTO RENOV project requires the use of a platform for sharing information between all the players involved in the overall energy renovation of a home. This partnership represents an exceptional opportunity to demonstrate the usefulness of the Carnet d'Information du Logement throughout the energy renovation process. To this end, the CLEA platform, the benchmark Home Information Book solution developed by QUALITEL, will be specifically adapted to the needs of the CONCERTO RENOV project. CLEA will be enhanced to include a new space dedicated to the "works process", comprising 7 main stages. This enhancement will make it possible to store and share all the project documents between all the players involved, in a secure and sustainable manner. With more than 10 years' experience, CLEA, QUALITEL's Housing Information Booklet, has become an essential reference, already adopted by more than 180,000 homes. Our Logbook solution is the most comprehensive available on the market. As a recognised trusted third party, QUALITEL is a major asset to the success of the CONCERTO RENOV project.
