The award recognises the management team's commitment to its employees and the CSR approach adopted by this regional SME, which offers comprehensive electrical solutions (design, manufacture, installation, integration and commissioning in the fields of high-voltage power, automation and low-voltage power) for industry and the service sector in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region.
At D3E, mutual support, authenticity and well-being at work are strong values. This is reflected in positive communication training to encourage employees to express themselves, or the arrival ofspecialist speakers to enable employees to develop techniques for well-being in the workplace. D3E also encourages energy transition and environmental protection, in particular by reducing the impact of its activities to help mitigate climate change or by promoting energy transition with customers by offering them energy efficiency solutions. D3E has also incorporated its disability policy into its CSR charter. They have managed several maintenance programmes, adapted jobs, recruited people with disabilities, been part of the disability referral network alongside AGEFIPH and Capenergies, and to complete their commitment to people with disabilities, they have joined the HUGo programme that Capenergies runs with a group of committed companies.
