Through its new website, discover the advantages of the HUGo Programme, its unique securing pathway, student testimonials, and the whole collective dynamic that brings together the partner grandes écoles and the companies that host the students. Launched on 14 October 2021, the website has been optimised for accessibility by people with disabilities, and aims to make it easier to recruit future students and companies ready to get involved.

what is hugo?
The HUGo programme is a voluntary initiative, launched in 2015 and led by a group of companies in the SUD region and the Capenergies competitiveness cluster, with the support of Agefiph and the backing of schools, training bodies and employment partners.
Its aim is to train people with disabilities in IT professions. The aim is to develop their employability and facilitate their professional integration in a buoyant and dynamic sector.
Since its creation, 4 classes have taken the HUGo training course, the last of which was launched in 2020, and 87 % of the beneficiaries out of all the classes are currently in employment.
