30 November 2020 - New directors join Capenergies' governance bodies as a result of internal movements within member companies or retirement. In 2021, the members of the Capenergies cluster will be invited to vote to elect their representatives for the period 2021-2024. The results of these elections will be ratified at the next General Assembly on 15 June 2021.
VICE PRESIDENCY, EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE and LABELLING COMMITTEE
- Frédéric BUSIN recently appointed EDF Regional Delegate, has been appointed Vice-Chairman of the Capenergies cluster. He succeeds Jacques Thierry MONTIRegional Director of EDF Commerce Méditerranée. The latter now sits on the Capenergies labelling committee, following the recent departure of Stéphane DUPRE LATOUR.
- Another change in the Bureau and the Industrialists' College, Benoît MOREAU Director of Development, Société Canal de Provence replaces Christian MAGNIN.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
- Among the ADEC representatives, Dominique FEDERICIPresident of the University of Corsica sits in place of Paul-Marie ROMANI.
- ENEDIS representative on the Collège des Industriels, Cédric BOISSIER Regional Director ENEDIS Provence-Alpes du Sud, takes over from Bernard CASTILLE.
- Concerning the College of Research, Philippe VERON President of the Carnot Institutes Association and Director of the Carnot ARTS Institute replaces Muriel SAUTY.
- Finally, within the Training College, Thierry BENVENUTIHead of the CCI 04 Training Department, is taking over fromYves CROZAT.
The cluster would like to welcome its new directors and warmly thank the outgoing representatives for their involvement and contribution, which have enabled the cluster to set decisive strategic directions and support its members.
