The aim of the project is to create a package of works and services integrating technical design, works, financing, an energy performance guarantee and support for the owner during and after the works, thanks to this all-inclusive operator.
The aim of this approach is to help get the building industry moving in order to achieve the ambitious national targets for comprehensive renovation.
