POWER SWITCHES WITH GALLIUM NITRODE (GaN) COMPONENTS
The DESTINEE project aims to develop a new switch concept capable of significantly improving GaN-on-Silicon technology and achieving high blocking currents and voltages (> 10 A, > 3 kV) as well as increased temperature stability (≥ 300 °C).
