RESTRUCTURING A BOILER ROOM IN A CONDOMINIUM WITH THE INSTALLATION OF A MICRO-COGENERATION UNIT
The aim of the project is to replace an ageing oil-fired heating system with a gas-fired micro-cogeneration unit, with the electricity produced being consumed collectively by the co-owners. This system, which reduces CO2 emissions, will cover heating and DHW* requirements and supply part of the electricity, distributed fairly among the co-owners.
