DEVELOPMENT OF A SPECIALISED MASTERS® COURSE IN MARINE ENGINEERING AND OFFSHORE WIND ENERGY
The aim of the project is to offer a new specialised training course at Bac+6 level in the offshore wind and marine engineering sector from 2020, in order to provide industry with highly qualified professionals. The project is intended to make a major contribution to the regional dynamic, which envisages the commissioning of around a hundred wind turbines in the region by 2030.
The one-year course brings together 2 leading engineering schools and is accredited by the Conférence des Grandes Écoles. It draws on input from a wide range of industrial players and local public representatives.
