NACREE

CHARGING ELECTRIC VEHICLES ON THE PUBLIC LIGHTING NETWORK

The NACREE project proposes to develop a modelling and sizing methodology for reactive converters (chemical reactors and associated heat exchangers) aimed at improving the overall energy efficiency of these systems through equipartition of irreversibilities.
The efficiency gains achieved would translate operationally into a reduction in heating/cooling resources, pumping resources, reagents and materials used. Ultimately, this could form the basis of an original optimisation software tool that could have numerous applications with major industrial spin-offs.
