ANALYSIS OF SOLUTIONS TO REDUCE THE IMPACT OF CLIMATE CHANGE ON ECO-CITIES
The overall aim of the project is to increase the resilience of city dwellers in the face of climate change. In particular, one of the dimensions of RESILIENCE aims to assess the effectiveness of an urban planning policy focused on reducing heat islands through an in-depth analysis of the thermal properties of urban surfaces and vegetation cover.
Secondly, by studying the sources of CO2 emissions, it will be possible to assess the impact of local policies in terms of climate action.
