Territorial programme to control electricity demand in tertiary buildings
Smart + aims to deploy non-intrusive measurement technologies (NIALM*) to identify the different uses of electricity and improve the management of consumption at around a hundred tertiary sites representing 25 % of Monaco's total consumption (hotels, public buildings and condominium general services). Smart + includes support and advice to move from a detailed site-by-site analysis to a territorial vision.
It is a decision-making tool and a means of measuring the structuring impact for the Monegasque Government of energy transition initiatives at local level.
