See you at the next Bioenergy meta-meeting!
BIOENERGY CLUB
Short carbon and energy circuits
Producing biobased energy and CO2 locally
📅 Wednesday 13 May 2026 I 2pm - 4pm
💻ONLINE
Context
Getting the most out of biomass, in particular «end-of-life» residues from the food industry, has long been seen as a lever for economic development for operators in the field.
From the energy crisis to the climate crisis, between mitigation and adaptation
The physical rationale for recovering biogenic effluents as close as possible to where they are produced is now well established. Methanisation of sludge from wastewater treatment plants is a textbook case, but it is difficult for schemes to emerge in our regions that are adapted to local situations and resources.
Tomorrow, a local and circular carbon economy?
At a time when biogenic CO2 is (also!) becoming a «strategic resource», some see it as a new lever for adding value to biological materials.
Why take part?
- Talk to experts, share your ideas and thoughts on how to make the most of biomass,
- Identify new opportunities for your projects and collaborations in the sector.
