The SYRIUS programme, winner of the "Low Carbon Industrial Zones" call for projects (France 2030)

On Monday, the Minister Delegate for Industry announced that the SYRIUS programme had won the ZIBAC "Low Carbon Industrial Zones" AAP for the Marseille-Fos-Berre-Gardanne area.

Capenergies is very proud to be a partner in this regional project
at the service of industrial decarbonisation.

🎯 With 40 industrial investors and €9m budget, the SYRIUS programme will make it possible to achieve some thirty engineering and feasibility studies co-financed by the government and local manufacturers to define a decarbonisation trajectory. At a later stage, the projects that are most appropriate for implementation may be eligible for further financial support.

The project is led by the PIICTO association, which is responsible for its overall coordination. Capenergies will participate alongside the other programme partners (Novachim, GPMM, Métropole Aix-Marseille-Provence, Région Sud) in its overall coordination.

In particular, the cluster will be responsible for piloting the "energy carriers/reagents and infrastructures (including hydrogen)" work package and contributing to the overall trajectory study.
