Capenergies recently contributed to the Smart Grids Recovery Plan supported by the association Thinksmartgridswhich is based on 14 recommendations.
The players in this sector are demonstrating the central role of Smart Grids in the energy transition, as well as the immediate impact of their development on the economy and job creation. Indeed, smart grids are the backbone of future growth in renewable energies and electric vehicle charging points.
The challenge is to give a central place to investment in optimised energy systems, which relies in particular on a strong mobilisation of the territories, to which the FLEXGRID of the South Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, implemented by Capenergies, has been contributing for several years. This programme is a pioneer in the new solutions emerging in multi-energy approaches, where synergies are multiplied tenfold thanks to the possibilities offered by intense digitalisation.
Renewable energies, storage (including hydrogen), self-consumption, energy management systems, the role of buildings in smart grids and the need to support public and private players are at the heart of the 14 recommendations to be discovered...
