DEPLOYMENT OF A HYDROGEN PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION STATION IN THE CANNES AREA

Cannes Lérins H2" is a regional project designed to accelerate the decarbonisation of public transport in the Cannes Pays de Lérins conurbation (CACPL) and household refuse collection in the CACPL and the Sophia Antipolis conurbation (CASA) through the production and use of renewable or low-carbon hydrogen.
The project involves the creation of a hydrogen production unit using water electrolysis in order to deploy zero-emission urban transport and develop a hydrogen sector of excellence in the CACPL area.
