INTELLIGENT SENSORS FOR MEASURING THE COMPOSITION OF NATURAL GAS AND HYDROGEN INJECTED INTO GAS NETWORKS
The simultaneous injection of hydrogen and methane into natural gas networks can cause variations in the composition of the gas supplied to industrial users, which can lead to malfunctions in the machinery supplied (burners, turbines and gas engines).
The CIGaNHy research project aims to facilitate the implementation of hydrogen injection processes in natural gas networks by providing low-cost micro-sensors that enable users to adapt their operation.
