MOBILE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION INTERFACE ON BOARD SHIPS

The electrification of ships at berth represents a major challenge for improving air quality in ports. However, it requires ships to have an electrical connection solution that is often costly.
The MOSI project aims to optimise connection technology and reduce investment costs for shipowners, by offering a shared mobile connection solution to the ship. For each ship in port, a system is temporarily installed on board and an additional modification is made to transfer the power.
