INNOVATIVE NUCLEAR POWER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
The aim of the OTRERA project is to design an innovative Advanced Modular Reactor (AMR) nuclear reactor capable of producing low-carbon electricity and heat in cogeneration, by recycling spent assemblies from current pressurised water reactors (PWRs).
Thanks to an innovative architecture, a modular platform logic and sub-systems in the pre-industrial phase, the deployment of OTRERA technologies is being prepared for 2030 to meet the energy challenges of low-carbon, sovereign and affordable energy production.
