Flexible and lightweight, thin-film solar technologies represent a competitive alternative with great potential for decarbonising specific electrical uses in a number of sectors, such as mobility, buildings and off-grid infrastructures.
The PRINCIPE project aims to develop a French production chain for ultra-lightweight, flexible, high-efficiency, low-cost copper-indium-gallium-elenium (CIGS) thin-film photovoltaic modules and tandems with perovskite.
