The production of Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF), biofuels or electrofuels, is one of the major ways of reducing the climate impact of air transport, and is now governed by European regulations. The ELYTRA project aims to build a biofuel production demonstrator based on an innovative technology capable of overcoming the production volume limitations of current technologies based on hydrotreated vegetable oils.
