PLASTELEC

TURNING PLASTIC WASTE INTO A SOURCE OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY

The aim of the PLASTELEC project is to develop a new micro-electric power station solution based on the technological foundation of the UTOPIM project (accredited by Capenergies in 2021). This Chrysalis "plastic-to-electricity" solution will be able to produce electricity from plastic waste and thus meet the global challenge of electrifying isolated sites (for example, it will be able to supply a village of at least 500 inhabitants with electricity and heat 24 hours a day).
